TRAINING PROCUDURE
Admission
Training procedure of Landmark Skilled Training Center are based on objective, designing training plan, implementation and evaluation. To achieve the goal of training mainly focus on theory, practical, demonstration and examination activities.
THEORY
Course relevant two hours theory class design in every day class schedule for developing the knowledge. The Soft skill training is included in the theory training session
Practical
Using various tools (hand and power) with full safety every trainee perform practical job for skill development of relevant course. The practical training session is about four hours in every day.
DEMOSTRATION
Some courses specially “Construction and Workplace Safety”, every trainee have to participate in demonstration class session.
Examination or Assessment
To evaluate the training activities, there are Theoretical, Practical, Demonstration and Oral test for the trainees. The test are classified as daily, weekly, monthly, simulation test and final test.
